AIRVAC's new 1-piece valve pit package is currently available in a 5 ft. depth and soon will be available in either a 6 or 7 ft. depth. AIRVAC's 2-piece valve pit packages are available in 4 different depths, ranging from 5 ft. to 10 ft.

Flow from the house is by gravity. The inlet to the valve pit is 18” above the sump bottom. The valve pit must be of a sufficient depth to receive the house lateral based on the length and diameter of the lateral and the corresponding minimum pipe slope.
